Technical Business Analyst, Food R&D
Build data tools for Conagra Brands’ food research and development teams using Python, Palantir, Databricks, and Power BI. Turn product data into dashboards, applications, and automated workflows.

- Work with food scientists and product developers to identify business processes, data needs, and opportunities for digital solutions
- Create dashboards, applications, workflows, and data solutions with Python, Palantir, Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, and related technologies
- Query, clean, combine, model, and validate data from research and development, product development, manufacturing, and enterprise systems
- Manage product data such as formulas, recipes, ingredients, specifications, bills of materials, attributes, and costs
- Use Python and SQL to transform data, automate processes, and build analytical solutions
- Create data pipelines, data models, and reusable technical components
- Test solutions, verify results, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation and user adoption

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Food Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, software development, data engineering, or a related technical field
- Proficiency in Python programming
- Experience with SQL, databases, data transformation, data modeling, and data quality
- Experience creating dashboards, applications, or analytical solutions with Microsoft Power BI or comparable tools
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and carrying those solutions through implementation
- Experience with or understanding of food science, food product development, or food manufacturing, including formulas, recipes, ingredients, specifications, bills of materials, or other food product data
- Experience with or knowledge of Palantir, Databricks, Spark, or comparable technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
