  • Translate customer and operational needs into business plans and project execution.
  • Set priorities, communicate plans, remove delivery obstacles, allocate resources, and track progress.
  • Own the end-to-end design, architecture, and delivery of one or more systems or products.

  • Coach engineers, develop technical capability, and provide hands-on technical leadership.
  • Lead associate development through hiring, training, mentoring, delegation, performance reviews, recognition, and coaching.
  • Uphold company policies, ethical standards, integrity, and compliance.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field plus four years of software engineering or related experience; alternatively, six years of relevant experience.
  • At least 10 years of object-oriented software development experience.
  • Professional experience with Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Hibernate, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, Azure or another cloud platform, Kafka, MSSQL, and NoSQL databases such as Cosmos DB or MongoDB.
  • Advanced knowledge of event-driven programming; Kafka experience is recommended.
  • Practical experience with Mockito and Jenkins.
  • Practical experience writing JUnit tests and using Maven, Ant, Gradle, and Git.
  • Experience with Splunk, OpenObserve, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Foundational knowledge of large language models, generative AI, and agentic AI.
  • Expertise with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience building products with high scalability and availability.
  • Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of security principles and protocols covering authentication, authorization, and confidentiality.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills as project requirements evolve.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and strengthen software engineering practices.
