  • Connect ~Pourri’s brand ecosystem with founder-led content
  • Set social KPIs and reporting practices
  • Analyze audience growth, engagement, reach, behavior, content performance, and emerging patterns
  • Run ongoing organic tests across hooks, formats, captions, creative approaches, pacing, timing, topics, and styles
  • Turn performance data into recommendations for creative and content teams
  • Track competitors, creators, cultural conversations, and emerging social behaviors
  • Follow platform changes, including algorithms, features, formats, and audience behavior
  • Build relationships with platform and account representatives
  • Create a connected social presence for the brand and founder while maintaining distinct voices and goals
  • Collaborate with content production, creative, marketing, paid media, agencies, creators, and external partners
  • Write briefs and guide hooks, angles, formats, and platform adaptations
  • Select organic content for paid testing and provide strategic context

  • Bring 4–6 years of experience in social media strategy, organic social, content strategy, or a related field
  • Demonstrate success building social strategies that measurably increased followers, engagement, reach, or brand awareness
  • Have experience working with a consumer-facing brand
  • Know TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube/YouTube Shorts in depth
  • Have working knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Understand organic social analytics, KPIs, audience insights, platform performance, and experimentation
  • Provide examples of strategies personally developed, changes made, and resulting outcomes
  • Understand short-form content, social storytelling, hooks, trends, platform-native creative, and engagement drivers
  • Balance creative judgment with data when making decisions
  • Communicate and present clearly, with strong writing skills
  • Be comfortable directing creative work and collaborating with filming, editing, design, and content production teams
  • Stay curious and engaged with social platforms, culture, creators, consumer brands, and emerging platforms
