Senior Performance Creative Lead (Contract)

  • Set GetAgent’s performance creative direction for Meta Ads, with ideas suited to YouTube, Demand Gen, and other discovery channels.
  • Use customer insight, competitor activity, and ad results to identify creative concepts and messages to test.
  • Build a testing roadmap across propositions, hooks, formats, styles, audiences, and customer journey stages.
  • Maintain a rolling content calendar that keeps creative output varied, current, and consistent.
  • Prepare concepts, briefs, scripts, storyboards, and references for creators, customers, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Creative Executive to develop and launch video, static, templated, testimonial, educational, and remarketing ads.
  • Coach the Growth Creative Executive in planning, production, review, and performance analysis.
  • Work with Paid Marketing to assess creative against acquisition efficiency, lead quality, and engagement.
  • Record test outcomes and turn effective executions into repeatable creative systems.
  • Produce a documented paid social strategy, testing framework, test record, three-month calendar, concept backlog, repeatable processes, reusable templates, and practical creative playbook.

  • Substantial experience creating performance advertising for Meta, preferably in a consumer lead-generation business.
  • Demonstrated success using creative tests to improve acquisition scale and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of user-generated content, short-form video, static ads, scripting, hooks, and platform-native creative.
  • Ability to read performance data and use it to shape subsequent creative tests.
  • Experience building creative workflows, testing programmes, and content calendars.
  • Sound creative judgement and skill in giving clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience sharing knowledge and strengthening a team’s creative skills.
  • Able to work across strategy, ideation, briefing, production oversight, iteration, and analysis.
  • Able to move quickly in a Growth environment while balancing creative quality and testing pace.
