Senior Motion Designer Project-Based Remote
Create motion graphics, visual systems, and 2D/3D animations for client projects across live events, web, and video. Lead assignments from initial concept through final delivery.

- Create premium motion graphics for live events, websites, video content, and digital applications.
- Shape visual direction by developing concepts, style frames, storyboards, and thumbnails that define sequence and timing.
- Design and animate 2D and 3D content, from primary campaign visuals to supporting assets.
- Develop adaptable motion systems and editor toolkits featuring lower thirds, logo animations, transitions, and related components.
- Manage assigned projects from concept to delivery while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Present creative concepts and works in progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Partner with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Producers, and editors throughout production.
- Deliver work within approved schedules and budgets, raising risks and resource needs promptly.
- Evaluate and use emerging creative technologies and AI-assisted workflows when they enhance the work.

- Bring at least 10 years of relevant motion design or animation experience in an agency, production, broadcast, events, or similarly fast-moving creative setting.
- Demonstrate advanced After Effects capability and strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Have experience with Cinema 4D and 3D motion production workflows.
- Work comfortably with Figma and Figma-centered design processes.
- Apply strong design judgment to turn concepts into clear, refined visual systems.
- Animate complex ideas using contemporary 2D and 3D methods and software.
- Have experience with generative AI and emerging tools such as Runway, Firefly, Midjourney, ComfyUI, or comparable platforms.
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation, including presenting work to clients and creative teams.
- Independently lead complex projects while collaborating closely with creative leadership and production teams.
- Provide relevant work samples through a portfolio, website, or project examples.
- Preferred: Experience producing motion for live events, broadcast packages, digital signage, product demonstrations, trailers, animated shorts, or editor toolkits.
- Preferred: Advanced Cinema 4D proficiency.
- Preferred: Experience presenting creative concepts and works in progress directly to clients.
- Preferred: Basic familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote.
