  • Use AI-focused development workflows to improve delivery speed and safety.
  • Participate in design and code reviews, documentation, pairing, and mentorship.

  • At least five years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong frontend fundamentals with React and TypeScript.
  • React Native experience is preferred.
  • Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android native mobile experience is a strong advantage.
  • An AI-first development approach, including agentic workflows, sound judgment, risk awareness, and verification practices.
  • Strong product judgment and an ownership-oriented maker mindset.
  • Technical leadership ability and clear communication skills.
  • Experience delivering production-grade systems relied on by real users.
  • Trading, brokerage, or high-reliability real-time financial product experience is a plus.
  • GraphQL and performance optimization experience are a plus.
  • Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, or Java experience is a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with broad engineering ownership is a plus.
  • Interest in trading and investing is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must maintain permanent residence in Canada.
