Senior Digital Workplace and AI Consultant – Paris Hybrid
Senior consultant helping large organizations transform their digital workplace through adoption strategies, demonstrators, and Microsoft, AI, and low-code solutions.

- Advise enterprise clients on digital strategy and workplace transformation
- Address the five Smart Workplace pillars: Adoption, Citizen AI, Intranet, Citizen Development, and Frontline Workers
- Develop adoption strategies grounded in practical business challenges
- Design, prototype, and demonstrate future ways of working through SaegusLab and test-and-learn initiatives
- Track impact and refine the levers that influence workplace-practice adoption
- Support pre-project work including scoping, opportunity analysis, feasibility studies, technology selection, and proof-of-concept development
- Contribute to project delivery through functional and technical design and software-solution implementation
- Build practical demonstrators and question established approaches to digital adoption
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and international clients
- Lead a team and own consulting initiatives under a Manager’s supervision
Талаптар
- Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or university
- At least five years of experience supporting the adoption of new digital ways of working, preferably in Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace challenges and priorities
- Understanding of AI, automation, collaboration, and frontline-worker challenges
- Functional knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and collaboration, modern intranet, or low-code solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Viva, SharePoint, LumApps, Mozzaik, Power Platform, Make, or n8n
- Strong command of digital-adoption methods and levers
- Experience working on agile projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Enthusiasm for innovation, digital tools, and technology monitoring
- Ability to lead a team, show initiative, and advance work with a consulting mindset
- Ability to contribute to product and strategic thinking
- Strong listening, analytical, and synthesis capabilities
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English
