Drive growth, business development, and distribution across military retail channels.
Set sales strategy for government and military accounts, including DeCA, AAFES, NEXCOM, MCX, and CGX.
Grow sales volume, net revenue, and category share for the Link Snacks portfolio.
Manage relationships with military and government buyers, broker networks, and broker partners.
Secure new distribution placements and improve product shelf presentation.
Meet sales and profit goals for both revenue and the bottom line.
Create distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing plans to grow categories.
Connect customer strategies to annual business plans and build one- to three-year plans by segment.
Communicate promptly and clearly with internal teams, customers, and brokers.
Grow Link Snacks’ in-store presence through channel-specific opportunities.
Review customer data and build action plans to meet sales goals.
Work with Demand Planning, RGM, and Sales Strategy on near- and long-term category and channel plans.
Develop and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
Build relationships within customer organizations and across Link Snacks leadership, operations, supply planning, accounting, and marketing.
Resolve deductions and accounts receivable issues.
Train and lead brokers where applicable.
Audit stores, set up promotional displays, and attend trade shows.
Travel about 30%–40%, depending on business needs.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience in the CPG industry
At least 3 years of direct sales experience in military channels
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to travel about 30%–40%, depending on business needs
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25 pounds or more
Ability to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, and speak or hear
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift for extended periods
