  • Respond to inbound calls and warm sales leads.
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs and recommend suitable options.
  • Help customers choose relevant coverages, products, and benefits.
  • Turn sales prospects into insurance policyholders.
  • Represent Liberty Mutual and connect customers with appropriate products.
  • Start paid training remotely on the first day.
  • Complete 16 weeks of training if already licensed, or 18 weeks if unlicensed.
  • Work four weekdays and one weekend day each week.
  • Follow up with warm leads without making cold calls.

  • At least two years of sales- or service-related work experience is required.
  • Two to three years of sales experience is preferred.
  • Use strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales.
  • Communicate effectively with both prospects and customers.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Have strong typing skills and PC proficiency.
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license after hire.
  • Live in one of the specified eligible states.
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day.
  • Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk in a separate room.
  • Have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
  • Remain in the state of residence for at least one year before relocating.
