- Raise Deepgram’s creative standards through ambitious concepts and polished execution that demonstrate the value of voice technology.
- Create a broad range of brand materials, including event identities, environmental graphics, keynote presentations, and production deliverables.
- Take part in design challenges and explore multiple creative directions in parallel.
- Own work from brief through completion by setting milestones, maintaining progress, clarifying next actions, and flagging risks or blockers.
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand objectives and requirements, then turn them into cohesive on-brand designs.
- Apply the design system, brand standards, and templates consistently across presentations, data tables, and campaign materials.
- Bring new, highly visible, or precedent-setting initiatives to creative leadership for review and alignment.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and other creative contributors to deliver projects effectively.
- Support the ongoing rollout and refinement of design-system and brand standards.
- Use preference testing and available evidence to guide design choices.
- Apply AI tools to research, iterate, produce assets, generate concepts and variations, and automate repetitive work.
- Help shape AI-enabled creative workflows and communicate useful methods to the broader team.
- Report to the Design Director while partnering with Marketing and teams across the company.

- At least seven years of experience in brand, marketing, or communication design.
- Background in-house at a rapidly growing technical B2B or SaaS company, or comparable agency experience, is preferred.
- Portfolio demonstrating refined, production-ready work across print and digital formats.
- Strong command of typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, and visual detail.
- Experience using and extending design systems and brand guidelines.
- Good judgment when working independently and knowing when to seek alignment.
- Strong prioritization skills, including the ability to identify competing priorities and explain trade-offs.
- Clear, proactive communication about progress, decisions, and risks.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to apply feedback accurately.
- Experience partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proficiency with Figma and Figma Weave.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Proficiency with presentation tools such as Google Slides.
- Practical experience incorporating AI tools into design work.
- Interest in how AI is changing creative work and adaptability as tools develop.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States, with visa sponsorship requirements addressed during the application process.
