- Help organizations define and execute their Data and AI strategies
- Advise clients on organizational challenges, from maturity assessments to actionable operating roadmaps
- Connect business teams with executive leaders to translate strategic direction into operational delivery
- Increase business value and return on investment by developing robust business cases
- Support AI roadmap execution and adoption through awareness initiatives, training, and coaching
- Track emerging AI use cases, product management practices, and scoping methods while contributing to innovation
- Work independently with clients and lead value delivery across Innovation, Perspective, and Product programs, according to seniority
- Manage and develop consultant teams, according to seniority
Талаптар
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac +5 minimum) from a leading engineering or business school, specializing in strategy, consulting, transformation, innovation, or AI
- At least four years of experience in consulting or in innovation, AI impact analysis, scoping, governance, or program management
- Background in building roadmaps, improving organizational structures, or delivering large-scale transformations aligned with business and IT priorities
- Strong experience with diagnostic and assessment methods, including presenting conclusions to executive audiences
- Experience setting strategic ambitions and conducting AI diagnostics and maturity assessments
- Strong command of scenario-planning methods for decisions, including prioritization and short-, medium-, and long-term budgeting
- Strong command of scoping approaches such as design thinking, Business Model Canvas, and strategic consulting frameworks
- Experience managing value delivery and creating business cases covering ROI, performance metrics, and Value Office activities
- Knowledge of adoption and change-management levers, including adoption planning, AI literacy, training, and coaching
- Ability to work with C-level stakeholders such as CDOs, CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs and create high-impact strategic and visual materials
- Cross-functional outlook, excellent synthesis capabilities, and the ability to provide inspiring leadership
- Analytical discipline, curiosity, and motivation to develop innovative offerings
- Professional fluency in spoken and written French and English
