  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, business executives, and line-of-business leaders across 8–10 accounts
  • Lead strategic conversations on business transformation, AI adoption, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, data platforms, and workplace productivity
  • Define executive technology visions and multi-year transformation roadmaps
  • Guide technology discussions that position Microsoft as the preferred strategic partner
  • Develop and maintain technology strategies for assigned accounts
  • Uncover opportunities to increase Microsoft cloud consumption and platform adoption
  • Create account technology plans that support revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term value realization
  • Influence customer investments in Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Fabric, Data & AI, and Business Applications solutions
  • Convert industry-specific challenges into practical business and technology solutions
  • Lead executive discussions on generative AI, Copilot, intelligent agents, and emerging technologies
  • Prioritize high-value AI use cases and create adoption roadmaps
  • Help customers establish governance, security, and change-management strategies for AI deployment
  • Advise on cloud migration, data platform modernization, security transformation, digital workplace, application modernization, and hybrid or multicloud initiatives
  • Serve as the account team’s virtual CTO
  • Coordinate Microsoft specialists, architects, and customer success managers
  • Align pursuit, solutioning, implementation, and adoption activities
  • Support business cases, ROI analyses, and executive presentations
  • Define success criteria, monitor business outcomes and customer success metrics, and demonstrate realized value

  • At least eight years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture, account management, or technology strategy
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and business decision-makers
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships
  • Background leading cloud, data, AI, security, or application modernization initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of at least three areas: Microsoft Azure; Microsoft 365; Security and Compliance solutions; Data & AI platforms such as Fabric and Foundry; Business Applications including D365; cloud architecture and modernization strategies; or generative AI and intelligent agents
  • Strong executive presence and communication abilities
  • Strategic judgment and business acumen
  • Account planning and opportunity development skills
  • Experience developing financial and business cases
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to establish credibility with and influence executive stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate across customer, Microsoft, and Avanade teams
