Review business processes, workflows, rules and operating models.
Map existing processes, applications, integrations and data flows.
Record business requirements, functional gaps and country-specific differences.
Assess current solutions against the Nordic target architecture and identify needed changes.
Lead workshops with business subject matter experts, operations and application teams.
Analyse gaps between current and target processes.
Translate findings into structured requirements, user stories and solution recommendations.
Help define Nordic target processes and operating models.
Work with Solution Architects and application teams to assess proposed solutions for feasibility.
Support impact assessments across Order Management, Trade Processing, Settlement and Safekeeping.
Record decisions, assumptions, dependencies and risks.
Prepare materials for architecture reviews, governance forums and programme stakeholders.

Demonstrated business analysis and process mapping experience.
Ability to assess complex operational workflows and business processes.
Experience eliciting and documenting requirements across multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience leading workshops and interviews.
Understanding of stock trading lifecycles.
Knowledge of post-trade processes, safekeeping and account structures is highly desirable.
Ability to understand application landscapes, integrations and data flows.
Understanding of APIs, interfaces and system interactions.
Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Able to collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams and connect business and technology discussions.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Practical experience in equity trading, settlement and safekeeping is an advantage.
Experience with regulatory or market-driven change initiatives is an advantage.
Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance is an advantage.
