Sales and Product Communications Manager

  • Manage and follow up on B2B inquiries, and proactively contact prospective customers
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate product information, samples, and follow-ups
  • Manage customers across the pharmacy, wellness, fitness, cosmetics, and consulting sectors
  • Maintain the CRM system, customer lists, and sales pipeline
  • Coordinate Beyond, Demeter/Sekem, and Annaquelle customer projects from inquiry through delivery
  • Support management with administration, scheduling, document preparation, and receipt organization
  • Manage social media channels, webshop inquiries, and customer service cases
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers

Талаптар

  • Experience in inside sales, customer service, project management, or a related role
  • Work in a structured, independent, and dependable manner
  • Communicate confidently by phone and in writing
  • Use MS Office proficiently; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Bring commercial awareness and a strong understanding of customer needs
  • Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, cosmetics, or sustainable products is an advantage
  • Have very good written and spoken German
