  • Support clients comprehensively and build lasting business relationships
  • Manage multinational client accounts where applicable
  • Assess client needs and design tailored insurance concepts
  • Hold consultations, annual reviews, and informational events
  • Give presentations
  • Develop and pursue opportunities with existing and prospective clients
  • Acquire new industrial clients independently
  • Refine consulting methods in collaboration with the team
  • Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal teams
  • Create clear, tailored solutions that serve clients’ interests

Талаптар

  • Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or insurance and financial services specialist, or a comparable vocational qualification or university degree
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably at an insurance brokerage or in industrial insurance
  • A structured, goal-focused approach and strong self-motivation
  • Resilience and persistence
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany to meet and support clients on site
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly
