Remote Industrial Sales Coordinator
Support WM’s environmental services sales team by managing customer records, billing information, reports, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Provide setup, data quality, and customer support for internal teams and external clients.

- Create and update digital customer records.
- Provide administrative support to the Technical Service Center and Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team.
- Assist internal and external customers through the Centralized Setup Team.
- Maintain data across sales, web, landfill, Visor, and company landfill systems.
- Enter information into WM systems.
- Review account setups for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare customized bills, system exports, letters, and other correspondence.
- Compile volume and revenue reports for sales representatives and customers.
- Respond to billing questions and assist with special bills.
- Arrange waste profile renewals.
- Organize electronic and paper filing systems.
- Help customers by phone and email.
Талаптар
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- At least one year of relevant work experience beyond the education requirement.
- Must live and work in the United States.
- For business air travel or access to federal property, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative is required, or the ability and willingness to obtain one.
