  • Train existing dealership partners across the assigned area.
  • Find new business sources and contacts.
  • Guide sales activity and account growth for assigned dealers.
  • Maintain consistent quality in product and service delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of dealers and grow their use of the Westlake Program.
  • Present company products and services to managers at independent and franchise dealerships.
  • Identify prospects and contact assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated through field activity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective dealer partners.
  • Train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements through calls and in-person visits.
  • Develop solutions and restructure vehicle loans for profitable approval by Westlake and dealership partners.
  • Help prepare sales contracts by advising dealers on verification requirements.
  • Keep sales materials current and maintain knowledge of financial products.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Work in the field and travel within the local market.

Талаптар

  • Experience in automotive, finance, and sales is required.
  • One to two years of sales experience with a record of success.
  • College degree preferred; equivalent work experience may qualify.
  • Presentation skills spanning preparation and delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion methods.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technology.
  • Goal-focused, with interest in improvement and career growth.
  • Ability to work amicably with diverse teams.
  • Experience with DealerTrack, RouteOne, or CUDL is beneficial.
  • Outside sales experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the local area to current and prospective clients.
  • Valid state driver's license.
