  • Check invoices for required documentation
  • Process and route high-volume vendor invoices for approval with accuracy
  • Assign purchases to the appropriate customers, locations, and departments
  • Prepare invoices for weekly payment and issue checks or electronic payments
  • Investigate vendor issues and help keep accounts current
  • Answer internal and external questions about invoice and payment status
  • Contribute to accounts payable projects and ongoing improvements to processes and service
  • Prepare and file annual Forms 1096 and 1099
  • Track, manage, and record corporate credit card activity
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
  • Help with special projects and reporting as needed
  • Assist with the company’s annual audit
  • Handle other related duties and special assignments as needed

Талаптар

  • Associate degree and at least two years of accounts payable experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with invoice automation or invoice capture systems is preferred
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
