  • Lead player acquisition and retention across Team17 Digital’s game portfolio
  • Plan, launch, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to align campaigns with game strategies and objectives
  • Own campaign development, delivery, and optimisation to improve acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency
  • Work with Creative Services to brief and align assets with channel and audience requirements
  • Build paid media campaigns using title objectives, target audiences, competitor insights, budgets, ROI projections, channels, and platform requirements
  • Set up, deliver, and quality-check campaigns run through agencies and partners
  • Improve campaigns and player journeys, including landing-page UX, through performance data and established best practices
  • Brief, negotiate, manage, and oversee endemic campaigns with partners such as IGN, Future, Twitch, and Discord
  • Manage store campaigns through PlayStation NetAds and Xbox
  • Lead email marketing strategy, planning, creative development, segmentation, execution, optimisation, and reporting
  • Turn paid media, analytics, and store data into actionable insights, recommendations, and benchmarks
  • Create performance-led creative briefs and advise creative partners on video and static advertising assets
  • Collaborate with Legal and relevant teams on advertising, tracking, cookies, CRM, privacy, and compliance
  • Produce detailed reporting for internal teams and external studios that connects campaign, analytics, and commercial performance data

  • Hands-on experience running PC and console campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Amazon; mobile experience is advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of PC and console games marketing, including endemic media, platforms, stores, and attribution challenges
  • Advanced skills in campaign optimisation and performance analysis
  • Extensive experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, event mapping, tagging, and digital analytics; Adobe Analytics experience is desirable
  • Extensive email marketing and segmentation experience, preferably with HubSpot and/or Mailchimp
  • Strong understanding of attribution methods and tools
  • Understanding of performance creative best practices for video and static assets
  • Ability to combine media, analytics, and store data to establish benchmarks
  • Strong understanding of digital privacy and compliance requirements covering advertising, tracking, cookies, and CRM
  • Experience with mobile advertising, mobile measurement partners, and mobile networks in gaming is desirable but not required
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners
  • Analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into recommendations
  • Comfort making informed assumptions, testing hypotheses, and working with incomplete data
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to brief partners effectively
  • Ability to adapt across different games, audiences, budgets, and campaign objectives
  • Media negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of the games market and current trends
