Partner Success Associate San Diego Hybrid
Manage GOVX partner relationships across assortment, pricing, marketing, merchandising, and revenue growth for an ecommerce platform serving military and public-service communities.

- Manage partner assortments, including product selection, pricing, contracts, and marketing
- Respond to inbound partner questions and resolve technical and logistics issues
- Analyze performance data and negotiate improved margins, wholesale costs, promotional funding, discount terms, and payment terms
- Review partner merchandising and increase GOVX visibility across Shopify partners using the GOVX ID app
- Create scalable partner communications and track margin, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities in the CRM
- Lead partner onboarding projects covering contracts, product data, assortments, creative assets, integrations, launch schedules, and partner issues
- Manage Marketing Services contracts, assets, approvals, revisions, placements, and monthly reporting
- Improve onsite category experiences, product placements, pricing, assortment, search terms, collections, and product information
- Manage 10–15 partner accounts and communicate by phone, video, and email
- Define and monitor KPIs covering orders, revenue, margin, traffic, and conversion
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and identify data-driven insights
- Flag underperforming partners or products and recommend corrective actions
- Track market trends, competitor activity, inventory availability, and assortment breadth
- Support quarterly business reviews and forecasts for senior management
- Work cross-functionally with vendors, Seller Partnerships, Marketing, Category Management, Digital Merchandising, Product, Integration, Accounting, and Contact Center teams

- At least two years of office-based experience performing project-focused work
- At least one year of experience in ecommerce or retail
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality
- Commercially focused, with an emphasis on revenue and margin
- Strong analytical ability, including report generation, pricing model development, and translating data into action
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging partners by phone, video, and email
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with affiliate platforms or ecommerce marketplace operations is a plus
- Passion for the mission
- Successful completion of a background check and drug testing before employment begins
- No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship is provided
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
