- Handle daily operational work, including document reviews, eKYC and AML screening, and loan documentation checks
- Prepare records for monthly audits, follow up on missing information, and resolve discrepancies
- Apply checklists, workflows, and SOPs to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Refer exceptions, risks, and irregularities to the team lead
- Spot recurring bottlenecks and manual processes and recommend improvements
- Assist with testing and deploying AI and automation tools, including user testing and feedback
- Keep process documentation and SOPs current as workflows evolve
- Prepare materials for external stakeholders with guidance from the team lead
- Update dashboards covering KPIs, turnaround times, error rates, and SLA compliance
- Structure operational data for analysis and management reporting
Талаптар
- 1–3 years of experience in fintech, digital lending, or banking back-office operations
- Relevant internship experience may qualify fresh graduates for the Executive level
- Working knowledge of KYC, loan documentation, and AML requirements, or a strong interest in developing this knowledge
- Experience with government vendor financing operations is an advantage
- Motivation to learn new tools and propose process automation and improvement ideas
- Strong communication skills, effective teamwork, and dependable task follow-through
- Comfort using Excel and handling basic data
- SQL or Power BI exposure is an advantage
- Detailed, dependable under tight deadlines, proactive, and ready to develop in a fast-paced environment
