  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Generate qualified traffic for the e-commerce website and retail store network
  • Convert commercial priorities into campaigns featuring products, brands, or categories based on negotiations and the promotional calendar
  • Control media budgets by channel and product
  • Review campaign performance and refine bids, audiences, and creative assets to improve ROI
  • Deliver campaigns centered on selected products, institutional communications, and homepage placements
  • Coordinate with the commercial team on portfolio priorities, manufacturer agreements, and product or brand relevance
  • Keep campaign offers, featured products, and messaging consistent with the commercial strategy
  • Plan ahead for promotions and campaigns so creative development and campaign configuration are completed on time
  • Track traffic, conversions, CPA, and ROAS
  • Create leadership reports containing performance analysis and recommendations
  • Experiment with formats, targeting, and creative concepts while recording key learnings
  • Combine data from multiple channels to create a unified view of digital performance and uncover funnel-wide optimization opportunities

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing or Commercial Management is advantageous
  • At least three years of experience in digital marketing positions
  • Proven background managing performance-oriented paid media tied to commercial outcomes
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Meta Ads
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and tools for performance measurement and attribution
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget management, results analysis, and reporting
  • Experience with Power BI or another data visualization platform is desirable
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence interpreting data from multiple channels
  • Commercial understanding sufficient to turn business priorities into media strategies
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns at once
  • Clear communicator who can coordinate with partner teams and present findings to leadership
  • A practical testing mindset and commitment to ongoing improvement
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
