  • Translate client and consulting-team needs into technical requirements and practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations spanning marketing platforms, CRM systems, digital channels, and analytics environments.
  • Extract, transform, model, and validate data for analyses, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Help define data models, KPIs, and business rules across projects.
  • Track data quality, consistency, and availability, investigate failures, and implement improvements.
  • Produce technical and functional documentation covering data sources, transformations, rules, and dependencies.
  • Work with marketing, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
  • Assist with estimation, testing, deployment, and continuous monitoring of delivered solutions.
  • Promote best practices and help develop reusable components, standards, and processes across projects.
  • Take part in daily meetings, alignment sessions, and presentations in Spanish with clients and teams from Spanish-speaking countries.

  • Ability to connect data, business needs, and technology into effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of or practical experience using artificial intelligence tools for data and analytics, including task automation, information analysis, and decision support.
  • Experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with ETL or ELT, data pipelines, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools, cloud environments, and version control.
  • Ability to assess requirements, solve problems, and explain technical subjects to varied audiences.
  • Advanced or fluent Spanish, with confidence in everyday spoken and written communication.
  • Organized, self-directed, collaborative, and adaptable across different projects and contexts.
  • Experience with dbt, Python, APIs, Git, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, CDPs, digital analytics, or customer journey data.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and quality practices.
  • Prior experience in consulting or multicultural teams and projects.
