Marketing Executive - Dublin Hybrid
Own lead generation, upsell campaigns, and social content for Bizimply’s shift-management HR SaaS platform. Manage multi-channel marketing, performance analytics, CRM nurturing, and product marketing initiatives.

- Deliver integrated email, social, paid advertising, and web campaigns to generate new-business leads and support Q4 growth goals.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product on customer marketing programs that support upsell targets and product adoption.
- Contribute to go-to-market plans for product features, integrations, and partner marketing activities.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to improve ROI across acquisition and retention channels.
- Oversee social media channels, including content development, performance reporting, and strategy.
- Create sales collateral, product marketing visuals, blog posts, newsletters, and landing pages.
- Support events and trade shows, along with internal office administration when required.
- Track competitor activity, market developments, and customer feedback.
- Maintain CRM data and lead-nurturing workflows for sales enablement, inbound conversion, and customer success.
- Support SEO/GEO, social growth, and other channel initiatives that strengthen Bizimply’s online presence.

- 1–2 years of experience executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and creating content.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or shift-based industries is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and own campaigns from initial concept through delivery.
- Strong orientation toward measurable marketing outcomes.
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing activity connects to revenue and upsell targets.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and social media platforms.
- Graphic design capability for marketing assets and content across varied digital channels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with workforce management, HR technology, event planning, or content management is advantageous.
