Keep facilities and buildings clean
Remove garbage and other waste
Set up and break down rooms and events
Handle maintenance tasks ranging from basic repairs to more complex work
Inspect lighting and clean light lenses
Replace bulbs and ballasts
Repair and maintain doors and locks
Perform caulking, surface preparation, and painting
Complete minor carpentry repairs
Maintain plumbing systems and repair or replace faucets and fixtures
Maintain restricted-access gates, storage closets, doors, and locks
Clean pool areas, dumpster areas, and shared spaces
Empty trash and pet-waste receptacles
Identify and resolve maintenance needs across the property
Assist the Lifestyle Director outside regular hours when requested
Provide occasional on-call coverage
Help maintain a safe, well-kept community environment

Талаптар

Prior experience in a related maintenance field is preferred
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance is preferred
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Self-directed, observant, and highly attentive to detail
Able to identify maintenance needs across the property and resolve issues
Able to communicate clearly with managers, residents, and coworkers in speech and writing
Able to follow instructions and assigned schedules
Reliable, solution-focused, and professional in appearance
Friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Able to pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening
Valid driver’s license issued by the state of employment
Access to a personal vehicle
Available to assist the Lifestyle Director outside normal business hours
Available for occasional on-call work
Able to walk long distances across the grounds in varying weather conditions
Able to occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
Able to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
Manual dexterity for using computers and mobile devices
Able to operate a vehicle
Maintain a clean motor vehicle record and current automobile insurance at statutory limits
