Lead Recruiter - Pennsylvania (Remote) | SERVPRO
Lead full-cycle recruiting remotely for SERVPRO’s six Pennsylvania restoration franchises. Source talent across construction, skilled trades, operations, sales, and administrative functions.

- Oversee the complete hiring process, from posting roles and sourcing candidates through screening, interview coordination, offer delivery, and onboarding handoff
- Recruit candidates in disaster restoration, skilled trades, and commercial construction through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Develop and manage qualified candidate pipelines across six franchise territories
- Work with Franchise Managers and Operations Leaders to clarify staffing needs and improve job requirements
- Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assess candidate qualifications, technical experience, certifications, and cultural fit
- Monitor recruiting performance through metrics such as time to hire, offer acceptance, and retention
- Recruit for field operations, management, sales, and office administration positions
Талаптар
- At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience in disaster restoration, construction, skilled trades, or a comparable field-operations industry is strongly preferred
- Availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Proven success sourcing candidates through active outreach beyond passive job-board applicants
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and digital communication tools
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Experience assessing technical backgrounds and certifications, including IICRC and OSHA credentials
- Resume and brief summary describing recruiting experience in construction or disaster restoration
