  • Lead performance, valuation, cash-flow, forecasting, and profitability analysis across mortgage and consumer lending portfolios
  • Contribute to the development of Home Equity analytics and securitization capabilities
  • Analyze mortgage pricing and product economics across rates, points, credits, product types, and lock periods
  • Model origination behavior through pull-through assumptions and identify fallout drivers
  • Break down projected profitability across net interest margin, fees, fulfillment, hedging, capital, and liquidity costs
  • Calculate and interpret NPV, return on assets, return on equity, and capital utilization measures
  • Collaborate with Mortgage Capital Markets, Secondary Marketing, and business teams on securitization, collateral analytics, portfolio optimization, and Home Equity execution
  • Evaluate rate-volatility effects on margins and help determine optimal execution strategies
  • Run scenario and sensitivity analyses using interest-rate, CPR, pull-through, and spread assumptions
  • Create forecasts, reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior leaders
  • Turn complex analytical results into clear business recommendations
  • Work with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Mortgage Capital Markets, and business teams on strategic initiatives

Талаптар

  • At least five years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent expertise gained through work, training, military service, or education
  • Background in portfolio analytics, financial analytics, mortgage finance, consumer lending, capital markets, structured finance, secondary marketing, securitization, or a related field
  • Experience supporting securitization, structured finance, capital markets, or secondary marketing work involving cash flows, collateral, valuation, and execution economics
  • Broad knowledge of portfolio valuation, cash-flow analysis, forecasting, securitization structures, capital markets, and secondary-market execution
  • Experience with MBS, RMBS, ABS, home equity loans, or HELOC products is preferred
  • Experience in cash-flow, portfolio, profitability, forecasting, scenario, business-performance, and mortgage modeling analysis
  • Strong knowledge of pull-through, fallout, prepayment, pipeline, and loan-level performance factors
  • Ability to assess mortgage portfolios, identify profitability and risk drivers, evaluate valuation effects, and recommend actions
  • Experience building and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Experience analyzing large and complex financial datasets
  • Ability to collaborate with risk, finance, capital markets, servicing, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Willingness to work onsite at the job-posting location
