- Create graphics that align with customer needs and printing processes
- Contact customers to confirm proposed design revisions when needed

- Share findings with Team Leader and Escalation teams
- Meet performance targets established by the team leader or manager
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in daily work
- Complete other duties assigned by the team leader or manager
- Take part in activities that continuously strengthen role-related skills
- Keep detailed knowledge of the product catalogue to give customers relevant guidance
