- Shape compelling visual identities for real-world brands and products
- Develop core brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and color palettes
- Organize and deliver multiple versions of essential brand elements
- Keep internal and external materials consistent, including pitch decks and social media kits
- Create durable, scalable visual systems that follow current design standards
- Review designs across platforms to confirm that brand aesthetics work in digital and print formats
- Bring brand strategy, visual identity, and design systems expertise to Tendem project assignments

- At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is preferred
- A strong portfolio centered on brand identity, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines
- Thorough understanding of how brand systems carry across digital and print media
- Ability to work independently while creating durable visual systems
- Advanced skill in developing logos, color palettes, and typography systems
- High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as Figma
- Demonstrated ability to adapt brand identities for digital, social media, corporate pitch decks, and print formats
- Strong organizational ability to create brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries
- Strategic, highly detail-oriented approach focused on long-term brand equity
- Commitment to visual consistency and effective brand governance
- Self-directed working style with the ability to resolve problems independently
- Include a branding portfolio in the CV
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher
