Source, present to, and onboard promising sellers, brand owners, and multi-brand retailers across Fashion, Beauty, and FMCG throughout CEE, initially focusing on Greece
Negotiate commercial terms, commission models, payment conditions, and promotional commitments
Coordinate the complete seller onboarding process with listing, logistics, and account operations teams
Improve seller results through account reviews, joint business plans, and campaign participation strategies
Track category performance, inventory coverage, and competitive pricing in Greece and across CEE
Uncover assortment gaps and new commercial opportunities
Partner with local and central marketing, category, and customer experience teams
Translate strategic priorities into stronger seller KPIs
Manage key accounts across their full lifecycle in Fashion, Beauty, and FMCG
Develop the regional assortment, strengthen seller engagement, and support sustainable GMV growth

Талаптар

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in business development, key account management, or commercial category management within e-commerce or marketplace businesses
Strong knowledge of retail dynamics, commercial developments, and seller ecosystems in Fashion, Beauty, or FMCG across Greece and the wider CEE region
Background in negotiating commercial agreements with multi-brand retailers, brand distributors, and high-volume sellers
Ability to analyze seller performance, assess product margins, and turn findings into account growth plans
Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Greece and the CEE region
Romanian language skills are an advantage
