Onsite Counselor/Therapist in Erlanger, Kentucky
Provide group therapy, intake assessments, and treatment planning at BrightView Health. Coordinate onsite multidisciplinary care for patients pursuing recovery.

- Plan and lead group therapy sessions in line with clinic needs and best-practice guidelines.
- Complete patient intake assessments.
- Use crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Contribute to treatment planning.
- Track patient progress toward treatment goals.
- Coordinate care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
- Attend required staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Document treatment information accurately and promptly in the electronic health record.
- Comply with applicable regulations and company policies.

- At least one year of experience in a relevant field.
- Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure that meets state requirements, such as TCADC.
- Education that meets state regulations and requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and compassion to support patients through recovery.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
- Adaptability in a changing work environment.
- Comfort using multiple systems for communication and documentation.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Word is preferred.
- Experience with harm reduction is a plus.
