Events and Activation Manager at Philips Amsterdam Onsite
Lead Philips healthcare events, communications, and activation programs across Europe. Coordinate regional execution, event assets, content, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

- Own regional event planning, development, delivery, and post-event evaluation from initial concept through completion.
- Work with Business Unit marketing teams and local market organizations to coordinate execution and maintain strategic alignment.
- Lead internal communications initiatives that keep teams informed, engaged, and connected to business priorities.
- Oversee event assets and hardware, including product mock-ups and demonstration materials used at events across Europe.
- Plan and deliver external communications that build brand awareness and reinforce priority messages.
- Develop and manage social media content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Customer Service teams to maintain consistent messaging and customer experiences.
- Track market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to strengthen event and activation strategies.

- At least five years of experience in event management, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience in healthcare, medical technology, or a closely related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex events involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Experience adapting and deploying marketing campaign assets for different markets and audiences.
- Working knowledge of paid and organic activation, social media marketing, and account-based marketing programs.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
