Digital Graphic Designer – Hybrid
Design Sans brand experiences across lifecycle email, paid social, and organic channels. Build scalable Figma systems and performance-focused creative for a consumer hardware brand.

- Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of lifecycle email flows.
- Create weekly campaign emails with disciplined typography, hierarchy, pacing, and visual restraint.
- Build reusable, modular email templates that support efficient production at scale.
- Create paid social assets that turn brand and campaign strategy into performance-oriented creative.
- Work with external creatives and designers to produce cohesive paid social materials.
- Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to refine creative based on performance data.
- Develop and maintain Sans’s Figma design system and component library, including design tokens, typography, color systems, and iconography.
- Document the design system and keep it usable across functions.
- Create organic social content for evergreen storytelling and product launches.
- Apply and refine the Sans visual identity across digital experiences.
- Work with the Creative Director to develop Sans’s visual language.
- Provide design direction and creative assets for Lifecycle, eCommerce, Growth, Brand, and Creative teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
- 4–7+ years of experience in brand or visual design.
- Advanced Figma expertise, including the creation and management of design systems and component libraries.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating email and social design, including lifecycle flows, campaigns, and template systems.
- Experience creating paid social content, adapting brand expression across platforms, and supporting performance goals.
- Experience collaborating with external creatives or agencies.
- Experience applying and evolving brand identities across digital channels.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience is a strong advantage.
- DTC, consumer, or startup experience is preferred.
- Strong visual judgment and a high standard for craft and brand consistency.
- A systems-oriented approach to building scalable design infrastructure.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative and effective in cross-functional environments.
- Self-directed and adaptable in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Curious, with a commitment to continued growth.
- Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
