- Own complex, cross-functional infrastructure and CI/CD platforms, including LLMOps pipelines
- Define technical direction and facilitate design reviews for the discipline
- Design and manage end-to-end infrastructure and CI/CD delivery across multiple services
- Coach junior and mid-level engineers
- Direct incident response and root-cause investigations for critical infrastructure problems
- Protect AI endpoints and agentic tools from prompt injection and data exposure
- Support the implementation and enforcement of infrastructure security and compliance controls
- Act as a principal technical contact for stakeholders and convert business needs into the infrastructure and AI-operations roadmap
- Join the after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
- Present technical initiatives to cross-functional audiences as needed
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 6–9 years of technology experience, including substantial ownership of infrastructure
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience architecting and optimizing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms
- At least one year of informal engineering mentorship or design-review leadership
- Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containerization and orchestration, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Ability to independently create highly available, cost-efficient architectures
- Ability to independently build CI/CD and deployment pipelines, including LLMOps pipelines for AI/ML models
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure signals such as latency, token cost, and model drift
- Experience creating monitoring and alerting for AI infrastructure signals
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in infrastructure design and secure AI endpoint practices
- Ability to present technical work to cross-functional groups of 5–10 people
- Preferred: Professional-level cloud certification
- Preferred: Extensive LLMOps experience at scale, including GPU provisioning and vector database hosting
