- Deliver technical and functional solutions from high-level designs that meet customer requirements
- Play a key role in project implementation delivery
- Collaborate with functional consultants on technical solution design
- Provide accurate technical solutions guided by industry best practices
- Contribute to design and build sprints within dedicated project teams
- Support colleagues throughout project delivery
- Create detailed technical designs and solutions for Customer Engagement systems
- Provide occasional technical training tailored to customer needs
- Travel to customer sites and Columbus offices as needed
- Attend planned onsite consultancy work and overnight stays according to project needs
- Support customer outcomes as part of a local and global digital consultancy team

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including D365 versions
- Practical experience developing plugins and coding in C# and JavaScript, plus Power Platform experience
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Interest and aptitude in continually improving technical solution delivery for Customer Engagement
