Credit Risk Performance Analyst (Hybrid, Poland)
Analyze performing credit portfolios and pre-collection strategies across Avarda Group’s European personal-finance business. Support portfolio transactions through SQL analysis, pricing, due diligence, and ongoing performance monitoring.

- Assess performing credit portfolios by reviewing payment behavior, early delinquency, roll rates, vintages, customer segments, and profitability
- Spot emerging risks and opportunities, then turn the findings into actionable business recommendations
- Evaluate and enhance pre-collection strategies, including customer selection, contact channels, treatment approaches, vendor performance, and cure rates
- Plan and assess tests that measure the incremental effect of pre-collection initiatives
- Build reliable SQL analyses, datasets, and recurring reports on portfolio performance
- Contribute to portfolio sales and forward-flow transactions through segmentation, data-tape preparation, cash-flow and pricing analysis, due diligence, and post-sale monitoring
- Maintain high data quality through consistent definitions and clear documentation
- Communicate findings concisely and commercially to stakeholders, committees, and management
- Work with teams across Credit Risk, Collections, Finance, Commercial and Data, country organizations, and external partners

- Advanced SQL capability with experience handling large, complex datasets
- A relevant degree or academic background in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a comparable quantitative discipline
- Professional experience in credit risk, portfolio analytics, consumer finance, collections, or another data-focused financial setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability paired with sound commercial judgment
- Skill in converting complex analysis into clear conclusions and practical recommendations
- An organized, self-directed approach with close attention to data accuracy and detail
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage technical and commercial stakeholders
- Professional fluency in English
- Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, pre-collection, portfolio sales, or debt-purchase transactions is advantageous
