  • Lead Growth Marketing content strategy, writing, and quality across multiple formats
  • Develop blogs, thought leadership, and case studies for demand-generation and ABM/ABS campaigns
  • Create scripts and outlines for podcasts, webinars, and short-form video
  • Collaborate with designers throughout content production
  • Repurpose pillar content into blog posts, social copy, email nurture assets, and sales one-pagers
  • Develop account-specific content with Growth Marketing Managers for ABM/ABS target-utility campaigns
  • Create sales enablement materials such as battlecards, objection-handling one-pagers, and email nurture sequences
  • Maintain editorial quality and consistency across Growth Marketing content
  • Apply GEO practices and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on AI visibility strategy
  • Manage a content calendar aligned with campaign priorities
  • Work with Digital Marketing to measure content engagement and pipeline impact
  • Deliver completed scripts and long-form assets to the Brand Manager for organic social publishing and community engagement

  • At least five years of B2B content marketing or copywriting experience
  • Published B2B writing portfolio with at least one long-form or pillar asset
  • Ability to interview subject-matter experts and turn technical information into clear, credible copy
  • Working knowledge of SEO and adaptability as search and AI discovery evolve
  • Experience creating a content repurposing system
  • Experience directing and editing AI-assisted content at scale while maintaining quality and brand voice
  • Experience collaborating with sales stakeholders on account-specific content
  • Experience using a content management system, marketing automation platform, and SEO and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Claude or a comparable AI tool
  • Resume
  • Portfolio link or three writing samples, including at least one long-form sample
  • Example showing one content asset repurposed into at least three formats
  • Where applicable, fulfillment of all DOT qualification requirements and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support
  • Ability to pass pre-employment checks
