Concept Artist at Snowprint Studios (Stockholm Hybrid)
Create character, outfit, environment, prop, and key-art concepts for Snowprint Studios’ mobile games. Help shape the visual direction in collaboration with artists, designers, developers, and the Art Director.

- Create character and outfit concepts for 3D modeling and in-game implementation
- Develop ideas from initial sketches through detailed concepts and turnarounds
- Produce key art and title screens
- Design concepts for props, items, environments, and other visual elements as required
- Help maintain and improve the game’s overall visual quality
- Partner closely with the Art Director and wider art team
- Present work early, exchange ideas, and incorporate feedback
- Test varied visual approaches and adjust your style to suit the game
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and developers
- Own your work and solve visual production challenges
Талаптар
- Professional experience as a Concept Artist
- Professional experience contributing to at least one released game
- Experience with a stylized, fantasy, or high-fidelity game is particularly relevant
- Strong command of character design, including anatomy, proportions, clothing, poses, lighting, composition, mood, and surfaces
- Understanding of the workflow from concept development to 3D production
- Ability to produce clear character turnarounds and concepts for 3D artists
- Ability to adapt to an established art direction
- Ability to work across characters, props, environments, and key art
- Portfolio showing strong character or creature appeal and solid design fundamentals
- Portfolio featuring dynamic, engaging character presentation
- Work samples demonstrating confidence with human and animal anatomy
- Strong understanding of light and material behavior
- Ability to create clear character sheets for 3D artists
- Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden
- Application materials must be submitted in English
