- Build image signal processing pipelines for next-generation computational imaging platforms
- Coordinate work across optics, sensor, computer vision, and compute teams
- Shape architecture decisions and align stakeholders on critical trade-offs
- Create test methods and characterization plans for camera ISP performance
- Investigate sensor performance issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Travel up to 15%

- Bachelor’s degree in optics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of computational imaging experience for computer vision applications
- Background in computational imaging, computer vision, and machine learning for image processing
- Experience developing and optimizing ISP and machine-learning algorithms for camera products
- Experience with non-traditional image sensors, including single-photon, event-based, and neuromorphic sensors
- Understanding of optics and camera systems for imaging, depth mapping, and biometric sensing
- Knowledge of image quality principles and ISP pipelines
- Software development and data analysis proficiency in C++, MATLAB, Python, or similar tools
- Ability to use AI models to accelerate engineering workflows and software development
- Ability to work independently while managing internal and external resources
- Ability to assess system-level impacts and trade-offs on highly constrained platforms
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work across multiple deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Preferred: PhD or master’s degree in optics, physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Preferred: At least 4 years designing robust computer vision algorithms for consumer electronics platforms
- Experience building camera systems for AR/VR, wearable, or mobile products
- Experience developing end-to-end camera ISP pipelines for edge or distributed compute platforms
- Experience developing event-based processing systems
- Experience with depth mapping and direct time-of-flight depth measurement systems
- Experience designing algorithms for pixel- and sensor-level logic
