Lead clinical data management teams and study portfolios for Worldwide Clinical Trials in a remote Argentina role. Oversee budgets, sponsor relationships, audits, process improvement, and high-quality clinical research delivery.

- Lead clinical data management teams and study portfolios while supporting project execution and budget control
- Resolve study-related escalations with internal and external stakeholders
- Represent the organization in sponsor governance meetings and strengthen sponsor relationships
- Allocate team resources to match project staffing needs, capabilities, and workloads
- Coach and develop team members through training, goal setting, performance management, and career support
- Contribute to business development proposals, presentations, and sponsor discussions
- Support audits, inspections, and third-party reviews while driving corrective actions and improvements
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, training, documentation oversight, and quality leadership for assigned data management processes
- Lead departmental initiatives that improve processes, operational efficiency, and data management best practices

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences, life sciences, computer science, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 9 years of clinical data management or related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
- Two to four years of people management experience
- Ability to work remotely from Argentina
- Availability to travel for sponsor governance meetings, audits, inspections, and other business activities
