  • Lead accounting, financial reporting, and control activities across multiple broker-dealer entities
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, delivering accurate and timely reporting
  • Oversee GAAP financial statements, regulatory filings, and related disclosures
  • Guide accounting for fixed income trading, underwriting, securities financing, advisory services, and brokerage operations
  • Advise senior business leaders on the accounting and reporting implications of new products, growth initiatives, and acquisitions
  • Lead internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Improve accounting processes, automation, governance, and control frameworks
  • Develop and mentor a strong team of accounting professionals
  • Work directly with the Broker-Dealer CFO and senior capital markets leaders
  • Support both introducing and self-clearing broker-dealer operations

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Extensive experience leading accounting and financial reporting for a broker-dealer, investment bank, capital markets, or securities organization
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial instruments, broker-dealer operations, and regulatory reporting
  • Demonstrated experience managing PCAOB audits and audited financial statements
  • Strong understanding of SEC Rules 17a-5, 15c3-1, and 15c3-3
  • A record of leading teams and building effective finance organizations
  • Experience supporting introducing and self-clearing broker-dealers preferred
  • Expertise in fixed income trading, underwriting, repo or reverse repo, securities financing, or related capital markets activities preferred
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and complex business transformations preferred
  • Exposure to equity trading, equity underwriting, prime brokerage, or institutional markets preferred
  • Active CPA license preferred
  • FINRA Series 27 license preferred
  • Ability to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety policies
  • Must meet applicable employment eligibility verification and background check requirements
