  • Work in a fast-moving organization where rapid delivery is essential

  • A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, computer science, engineering, or life sciences
  • Three to five years of full-time experience in analytics or data science
  • Ability to learn and apply new analytical tools, data models, programming languages, and techniques quickly
  • Ability to detect, investigate, and explain data trends and patterns
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and technical findings in clear, accessible language
  • Proficiency in at least two of the following: analytical software such as R or SAS; visualization platforms such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI; relational or graph databases such as SQL, NoSQL, or Neo4j; programming languages such as VBA, C++, Java, or Python
  • Previous internal or client-facing consulting or business transformation experience is preferred
  • Interest in emerging technologies including blockchain, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
