Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist — Remote, Canada
Manage more than 100 Looker Studio dashboards and the BigQuery reporting workflows behind them for Pilothouse Digital, an ecommerce growth agency. Partner with account teams to maintain data quality, resolve reporting issues, and support accurate client insights.

- Deploy, maintain, and quality-check approximately 100 client dashboards built from standardized Looker Studio templates
- Handle account-team requests for report customizations, additional visualizations, and client-specific metric changes
- Maintain the existing BigQuery architecture by updating variables, managing client rosters, mapping fields, and adding advertising platforms to established pipelines
- Act as the main internal resource for reporting logic, data irregularities, and dashboard behavior
- Monitor dashboard performance and data flows to identify defects and improve reporting efficiency
- Investigate and fix broken reports or BigQuery and Looker Studio data discrepancies while protecting upstream processes
- Identify anomalies promptly, correct them, and communicate updates to account teams
Талаптар
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance reporting, or data management
- Practical expertise creating and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards, formerly known as Google Data Studio
- Working knowledge of BigQuery and SQL for updating mappings, managing variables, and diagnosing data connections
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and advertising ecosystems including Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, and Amazon
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices
- Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- A track record of managing high-volume deliverables, including more than 100 reports, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical reporting topics to non-technical account team members
- Agency experience or experience managing reporting across multiple clients is strongly preferred
- Ability to provide a resume, cover letter, and a brief statement explaining interest in the role
