  • Expand business across regions of the Republic of Ireland
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant partners and contractors
  • Apply construction-market expertise to uncover opportunities and broaden Genuit Group’s product offering
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of future projects
  • Own key customer relationships and proactively assess sales performance and purchasing trends
  • Deliver profitable sales growth by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable product and technical solutions
  • Track market conditions, competitor activity, and opportunities across the region
  • Increase sales of Genuit Group’s wider product portfolio
  • Pursue new accounts and opportunities to grow market share
  • Complete regular branch and account reviews with key merchant customers
  • Develop project opportunities through contractor, specifier, and M&E consultant relationships
  • Analyse customer and sales data using Excel, QlikView, and other business systems
  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, trade activities, and sales initiatives
  • Represent Genuit Group at customer meetings, training sessions, industry events, and trade shows

  • Demonstrated experience in construction-related sales, preferably in a solution-led setting
  • Broad knowledge of the construction market and strong commercial awareness
  • Confidence presenting technical products, solutions, and commercial propositions to varied audiences
  • Highly developed relationship-management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish credibility with stakeholders at different levels
  • Proactive approach centred on customer needs
  • Professional and effective handling of customer questions and concerns
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take ownership of a territory
  • Ability to manage existing accounts while developing new business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
  • Full clean driving licence
