Fenix Outdoor is seeking a B2B Sales Representative to grow Hanwag and Devold partnerships across central and southern Sweden. The role combines retail relationship management, customer visits, sales development, and brand-focused training.

- Grow Hanwag and Devold’s B2B business across central and southern Sweden
- Build trusted partnerships with retail customers
- Advise customers on ways to strengthen brand and business performance
- Partner with the Sales Manager to deliver the sales strategy
- Win and develop new B2B accounts in the region
- Complete regular customer visits and clinics
- Organize pre-order meetings, gather orders, and define assortments
- Track sales results and pursue sustainable growth opportunities
- Create and manage showrooms and shop-in-shop installations
- Plan and deliver customer events, clinics, and training sessions
- Drive customer acquisition and account growth
- Maintain consistent, high-quality customer coverage
- Deliver sales results in line with brand strategy
Талаптар
- B2B sales experience, preferably within the outdoor sector
- Demonstrated success developing customer relationships
- Background in sales positions involving frequent travel
- Confidence presenting to customers and leading training sessions
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- German language skills are advantageous
- Knowledge of outdoor equipment, textiles, and materials is beneficial
- Located in central or southern Sweden and able to travel as required
- Genuine respect for nature and outdoor activities
- Authentic interest in Fenix Outdoor’s brands
- Enthusiasm for sharing your outdoor knowledge and engaging others
