- Create visual languages and scalable frameworks for static and animated content.
- Develop creative concepts and original campaigns.
- Present work to clients and keep projects on schedule.
- Build dynamic design systems and guide large-scale production across digital, video, print, and emerging platforms.
- Create presentations, storyboards, and mockups that explain design solutions.
- Turn concepts into modular, extensible design systems.
- Use design tokens, automated assets, and end-to-end production pipelines to deliver work efficiently.
- Manage production workstreams and strategic visual design challenges for national and global brands and campaigns.
- Lead projects and teams to prepare client-ready work.
- Mentor designers and support the career development of direct reports.
- Set internal best practices for production design, tool integrations, automated workflows, and standardized asset handoffs.

- Demonstrated design craft and expertise creating campaign and visual system solutions across platforms.
- Expertise in visual design, design systems, component architecture, and scaling campaigns across channels.
- Experience leading design workstreams, adapting creative across formats, and delivering modular campaigns in complex, multi-market environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong technical knowledge of digital production formats, asset optimization, and platform specifications.
- Advanced Figma skills, including variables, auto-layout, component libraries, and dynamic templates.
- Hands-on team leadership and a commitment to mentoring designers.
- A resume and portfolio or body of work showing a broad range of experience.
- Illustration, motion or After Effects, and 3D or Cinema 4D skills are a plus.
