PPC Growth Marketing Manager (South Africa, Remote)
Manage Google Ads, landing page experiments and performance analysis for Numan’s digital healthcare platform. Improve customer acquisition through testing guided by CAC, LTV and payback metrics.

- Build and optimise Google Ads campaigns with guidance from the PPC Lead.
- Manage keywords, negative keywords, budgets and bids.
- Track campaign performance, search terms and diagnostics, investigating issues as they arise.
- Support value-based bidding and LTV-focused optimisation beyond first-order CPA.
- Write and refine responsive search ads, including headlines, descriptions and extensions such as sitelinks and callouts.
- Run structured ad copy tests based on clear hypotheses and documented results.
- Use AI tools to draft and review copy that fits Numan’s brand voice.
- Follow healthcare advertising policies and address disapproved ads.
- Create and update landing pages in the CMS.
- Plan and run landing page A/B tests with defined hypotheses, sample sizes and success measures.
- Align landing page messaging with search intent and ad copy.
- Work with design, brand and product teams on changes beyond CMS edits.
- Lead weekly performance analysis across PPC and landing pages.
- Report on CAC, LTV, payback and advertising platform metrics.
- Use Looker, Amplitude and related tools to find insights and automate recurring reports.
- Share findings with the PPC Lead, Head of Growth and wider growth team.
- Report to the Head of Growth and provide day-to-day support to the PPC Lead.

- Bring 3–5 years of performance or growth marketing experience, including hands-on Google Ads work.
- Be comfortable managing Google Ads and Google Ads Editor and making considered campaign changes.
- Write concise, compliant ad copy and know how to test it effectively.
- Have experience testing landing pages or ad copy, with a practical understanding of statistical significance.
- Be able to build and edit pages in a CMS.
- Use analytical skills to explain weekly results and connect marketing actions to outcomes.
