Description

  • Manage online communities by responding to comments and direct messages
  • Schedule, create, and publish social media content
  • Assist with reporting and performance updates
  • Create video content for clients and the agency’s own channels
  • Oversee production workflows and coordinate schedules with the team
  • Edit and post-produce organic social and Social Ads content in 9:16 format
  • Track online culture and emerging trends while researching relevant topics and formats

Requirements

  • German proficiency at native level or C1
  • Strong working proficiency in English
  • Some practical social media experience from a working student role, internship, university project, or personal account
  • Dependable, communicative, and comfortable working collaboratively
  • Strong interest in online culture, current trends, and community building
  • Practical, solution-oriented approach with an eagerness to learn
  • Availability for 20 hours per week
  • Ability to commit for at least six months
