Description
- Be considered for current and upcoming opportunities within Vanguard Technology
- Complete three prominent eight-month rotations through Vanguard's Technology Leadership Program
- Develop technical knowledge, business understanding, and leadership skills
- Support technology initiatives that serve Vanguard clients and employees
- Address real business challenges and contribute to meaningful internship projects
- Gain experience with Agile development and contemporary technology practices
- Build relationships with organizational leaders and early-career professionals
- Obtain extended practical experience through the six-month co-op program
- Contribute to technology projects with real-world applications
- Partner with engineers, analysts, technology leaders, and Agile delivery teams
- Create and improve front-end and back-end technology solutions
- Apply and support test-driven development methods
- Create and improve continuous delivery pipelines
- Develop scalable applications with modern engineering methods
- Use cloud platforms and current development frameworks
- Deliver technology solutions that create value for clients and the business
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related technical field for the Technology Leadership Program
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in a related STEM discipline for the IT College-to-Corporate Internship Program
- Current enrollment in a technology-related degree program for the IT Co-op Program
- An undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience for the Application Engineer Technology Program
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to solve problems effectively
- Demonstrated leadership experience or clear leadership potential
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to learn and contribute within a collaborative technology setting
- Strong academic performance
- Curiosity about technology and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Zero to three years of relevant experience for the Application Engineer Technology Program
- Interest in software engineering, cloud technology, and application development
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement
