Trust Analyst - TIAA, Pune Hybrid

Manage fiduciary transactions, trust accounting, reconciliations, and compliance for TIAA’s wealth management operations in Pune. Support accurate trust administration, process improvement, and responsive client service.

Description

  • Execute fiduciary transactions, including distributions, asset transfers, and trust terminations
  • Process estate settlements, trust amendments, and beneficiary updates
  • Oversee trust accounting, income allocation, and trustee reporting
  • Review transactions for quality issues, errors, and discrepancies
  • Investigate root causes and apply corrective actions to reduce error rates
  • Assess workflows and recommend automation and efficiency improvements
  • Create and update standard operating procedures
  • Train new team members on trust systems, processes, and applicable regulations
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, efficient trust administration and high-quality client service

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Five to seven years of experience in trust administration or fiduciary services
  • Understanding of trust taxation and accounting principles
  • Proficiency with trust administration systems and advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience with SEI or Fiserv trust administration platforms preferred
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement preferred
  • Ability to perform sedentary work
